Rug Hooking with YARN and Amy Barrie!

Materials: Students should contact Amy at (508) 423-9900 to select a kit from her amazing line up of designs. Projects range from $20-$120 and students will also need to purchase a hook for $12 and a hoop ranging from $25-$75 depending upon preference. Are you looking for ways to expand your fiber arts? Love yarn and looking for a new way to express yourself? Join us for this exciting new addition to the Seed Stitch Line up – Rug Hooking with Yarn. Amy Barrie, from Lincoln Farm Designs, is a local talent who has been designing rug hooking patterns and hooking for years. You’ll see her designs are fresh, modern, and fun. In this class you’ll learn the art of hooking with yarn and can choose from any one of Amy’s designs. You can choose to purchase a kit without yarn and leverage yarns from your stash. Suitable yarns are worsted or heavy weight natural fibers. Make sure to call Amy prior to your class to tell her your project selection. Amy will bring the kit to the class and you can pay for the kit at class. Class registration, however, fee must be paid in advance to secure you spot.
